Tsatsiki Dip

CORE (Can be used as a core snack, with vegetable sticks!)
Low points

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 1/3 cup of plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt (at least)
  • pepper to taste

Peel and grate cucumbers;

With your hands squeeze as much water out of the grated pulp.

Mix thoroughly all the ingredients. Taste to see whether the salt is enough, add more to taste.

Let stand for at least half a day before eating with vegetable strips (carrot, celery, capsicum)
